Research demonstrates that fathers can play an instrumental
role in their daughter's career. "Take Your Daughter To Work
Day" is designed to address the income and wealth gap by
lifting up black girls in business and entrepreneurship, but it is
also designed to connect black girls to their Black men by
giving them insight into what we do to support our families
and the communities we serve.
