Black Girl Dad Week celebrates the critical role Black fathers play in fostering the career aspirations of Black girls and the vital contributions Black men make in supporting Black women’s economic advancement. By serving as mentors, advocates, and role models, Black fathers and men provide guidance and resources that empower Black girls and women to thrive in their chosen fields. This collective effort helps close economic gaps, strengthens communities, and ensures that Black girls and women have the tools and opportunities needed to succeed in the workforce.
